Do I need to reserve a campsite?
Nope- Campsite reservation & Payment is part of our service. Each booking has a 24 hour confirmation period. Afterwards, we will let you know the campsite Number for your stay.
All campsite fees are included in your nightly price, so you can expect no additional charges.
Do I need to tow or dump the camper?
Nope- The camper will be fully set-up before your arrival. Dumping the water tank is handled by our team. If you have an extended stay (More than 2 Days), we will discuss the best schedule for stopping by to dump the water tank during your stay to not overfill the tank!
What about Check-in & Check-out?
check-in: 3 pm Check-out: 10 am
There is a lock box with keys on the camper. You will be provided a code in your check-in instructions, you can use the keys to lock the camper during your stay and return them to the lockbox at check-out.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
You may cancel your reservation with no penalty up to 14 days ahead of your reservation.
If you must cancel your reservation with less than 14 days until your stay, your payment will be held in full, and you will have one year to use the funds toward a new reservation. We will allow for this opportunity one time only. If the re-booked reservation is not fulfilled, the payment is then forfeited. Shortened stays are responsible for payment of the full reservation. “No-shows” will result in forfeiture of the payment, no refunds.
I've never used a camper. Is it hard?
CAmp Venn takes care of all the tricky parts of managing a camper so that you can enjoy your vacation! The stove, sink, microwave, fridge, A/C, and bathroom should all function just like the ones in your own home. Leave the leveling, dumping, winterizing, etc. to us!

Do You rent campers at other campgrounds?
At this time, we primarily rent at Sylvan Park in Lanesboro, MN. If you would like to camp elsewhere, you can reach out but we may not be able to accommodate your request.
